The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Co Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Best iced coffee ever. The ice cubes are frozen coffee cubes. And the milk bar has lots of choices from whole milk, half and half, to almond milk!!! Yay, a non dairy option that isn't soy! We've had a couple of unfortunate experiences (and have seen this happen to those in front of us) with the cashiers being impatient and unclear with customers.

I was very disappointed in my experience here, not so much as the slow moving pace of the line, after all it was Sunday Morning, and not of the service, they all seemed very nice, but of the final result of my order. I ordered a bagel with onions, tomato and lox to go, when I finally got home there seemed to be more tomato and onion then lox. Remember the where's my beef commercial, it was just like that where's my lox. I was so disappointed I thought about calling, but remembered how busy they were and I was not going to drive all the way back there, and I wasn't going to say anything and just let it be, but then I tried Robs bagelland and received the most amazing bagel with lox, where they didn't skimp out on anything, especially the most important ingredient, the lox. After a fantastic bagel and lox with a slice of tomato and a few slices of onion at Rob's, I couldn't resist and make a complaint, I understand trying to make a profit but eliminating a major component of my order is down right disgusting and rude. I will not be back or if I do go back I will check my order out prior to leaving and if they decide to skimp out again I will give it right back and ask for my money back. I suggest everyone do the same.

It's okay...better than the other chain bagels. Ordered a few different bagels and spreads. The cinnamon raisin was delish as well as the everything bagel. Going to keep coming and see if it gets better

It's All About the Water! Serious, it's all about the water for this company. Not sure if you Florida Natives know but New York has special water that makes all their food taste better. If I had a dime for every time an Ex New Yorker, who lives now in South Florida, has told me that I would be semi rich. If you follow me on Yelp or in my past reviews, I'm not a big fan of cranky New Yorkers who are NY Jets fans and think everything is better in their ex hometown. So what brings me here, curiosity mainly. I've heard this company makes some outstanding bagels and I wanted to taste them for myself. See I'm a bagel freak. I love bagels and scallion cream cheese. I love Nova and capers and all the good stuff you place on a nice, well prepared bagel. So my daughter and I walk in, boy is this place packed. There is only one queue which stretches from the back of the store to the front. Don't think about cutting the line because you can't. The queue is contained by a wall that separates the dining room from the line. No way to skip the line, thank goodness. I could see that being an issue because the line was long when we were there. Kudos to the design team. As you wait in line facing the cash registers to your right is where they make the bagels and other goodies. There is a big window that displays all the machinery where all this magic happens. As you inch forward to the cash registers you come up to a open cooler where you can buy different cream cheeses, juices, and that magical water. Oh yes folks they sell this stuff by the bottle. so I had to buy a bottle. It's in a cool blue looking plastic bottle and printed on it is, "Hydration with attitude". For a second I'm afraid to open it fearing that when I do, a recording of a person with a New York City accent is going to say, the Miami Dolphins suck! Screw it, I open it and nothing. No recording, no magic Jeanne, no special vapor, no nothing. I take a big swig. My daughter takes a big swig. The verdict is.....I'll tell you at the end of the review. So past this case you come up to a window that houses all the muffins. I admit they all look so damn good. Finally we near the cash registers. Behind the counter you see all the different types of bagels. The anticipation was killing me. My daughter, Madi looks at me and says, this place is the Dunkin Donuts of Bagels. I had to agree. Our Order We had a dozen bagels sliced (they give you 13), a chocolate chip muffin, a plain bagel with egg, cheese and bacon, a bottle of magic water, 2 containers of cream cheese (scallion and sun dried tomatoes), and a large cup of coffee. It was a little over 30 bucks. They give me a cup for my coffee, our order number, and I walk over to the coffee bar. You have ice coffee to the right and hot coffee to the left. They are set up like beer taps. Pretty cool. I do a mixture of the hazelnut tap and banana blend tap. We then wait for our order. Not even five minutes go by and one of the workers brings out our food. She then asked if we wanted freezer bags for the bagels? Yes, please. Man I though that was cool too. She brings two freezer bags and off we go. Taste Test My daughter just loved the muffin and said it was one of the best she ever had. She described it as light and fluffy. I had a garlic bagel and part of an asiago and sun-dried tomato bagel, both with scallion cream cheese. I toasted them before I tried them. They both were very tasty. Crunchy exterior with a soft chewy interior. Since I've never been to New York I would say they tasted like the bagels at Bagels and A Whole Lot More and Rob's Bageland. Both of those joints make outstanding bagels. Did the water have anything to do with making The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Co. taste good? Honesty I couldn't tell. What I do know is this, they make an outstanding bagel. The coffee tasted great too. Verdict The water from the bottle tastes like, water. I really don't know how to explain it beyond that. A diehard New Yorker would have to tell me what they think. I asked the Yelpers in NYC to help with that but they think I'm joking. Typical NYC folks. Back to the review, this place is a solid 5 stars. What makes this a 5 even though they are new is how state of the art this restaurant is. I like the queue where you can look at all the cool stuff. The coffee cup had an uneven texture to it which made it cool to the touch without one of those cardboard sleeves. The Coffee Bar is unique and I've never seen anything like it before. I was told that if you get a ice coffee they actually make the ice cubes out of pure coffee. How cool is that. Not to mention the freezer bags which has instructions on the outside explaining the best way and time to freeze your bagels. This place should do very good in Coral Springs. It's pricy but isn't everything in NYC? Remember to tell them Dan sent you and Stay Hungry!

Have to say I am amazed!! Came in this morning for a bagel and Cubsta only to discover they were having trouble with the machines to make bagels. Decided to try a muffin along with my coffee (Heath caramel crunch muffin- really good, but super sweet). While sitting, doing some work, they managed to get some basic bagels and since I was still here a very nice employee (all of them are wonderful) came over and offered me a bagel with cream cheese just because they now had the ability. They gave me a bagel free of charge just for the inconvenience. I love this place!! Amazing service and let's face it the best bagels in town. Oh side note: awesome music selection!

::Update:: They're open at 6:30 again, all is right with the world. I'm hooked, this place is great, their bagels can't be beat, crunchy on the outside chewy on the inside. I've had a co-worker from New York blast every bagel place around here for not being like he used to have back home. I always though he was being to picky or weird but now I understand. Their infusion Iced coffee is fantastic, and whoever thought of making the ice cubes out of coffee was a genius. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because the first week they opened up they were open at 6:30, now they don't open until 7:00. Sadly that's too late for me to go in every morning and get my breakfast there. So I have to save going there for the weekends.

Went here this morning and found the place to be very clean. But the isles were kinda narrow and the booths were a little tight for me but I'm not skinny but think the booths could of been a little bigger for non skinny people. The food was not bad but the potatoes were very greasy to the point my wife got sick from them. Don't think I'll go back anytime soon

Love....Love.....Love these bagels!!!! They ship in the water from NY and it truly makes the bagel!! I highly recommend this place!!!

Well I work down the street from them. While there bagels are awesome, no one picks up the phone at the Coral Springs location. My whole salon wanted to order lunch from this location but we can't. No one picks up the phone!!! Rings and rings and goes to a generic voicemail. Epic fail! Just lost out on a nice order for food. Get it together. I know it's a new place but u don't have a working phone????

Bagels are a staple in my home so I was excited to try the new Brooklyn bagel in Coral Springs . Before you can get to the counter to order you are herded through a very narrow 2 lane corridor walled on both sides - shoulder to shoulder with the people in the next lane- finally get to the order counter - where you get a glimpse of an array of muffin and bagel choices - being a purist . Ordered a sesame and an everything - to go - happy to get out of the cattle drive- got home cut them in half- Yikes, the insides are not white or creamy but a very unappetizing gray - toasted them up found the crusts to have a nice bite but the inside was doughy more of a cake consistency than a bagel- I think they were each over a dollar - about the right price for a good bagel - but these weren't - my first & last visit to Brooklyn water bagel in Coral Springs

  • Suzanne Y.

Really enjoyed my experience! I loved their ice coffee bar (they served with iced coffee cubes). I got their pastrami banini, I actually really enjoyed it. definitely will be back to try more food. One part I didn't like about the place is that I find the price a little high.

  • Stanley S.

I love the fresh bagels and coffee. The muffins are too die for!!! The service is very good. The cashiers and staff are very friendly, and serve you with a smile.

    (5)
  • Sasha E.

I would not keep coming back to this location if the food was not so good and the ice coffee being on draft. The service there is hit or miss, mostly miss. When you ask to do something special to your food they make you feel stupid for asking in the first place and do not even bother putting in your request. They just need to work on their customer service then it would be a five star place.

    (3)
  • Judy S.

The bagels are good here and so are the muffins. I love the iced coffee. Strong coffee til the last sip. The only downfall of this place is the service. I never had a problem placing my order with the cashiers. I see a lot of people complaining that the cashiers never get their order right but that is not always the case. If they repeated back your order correctly and on your receipt the order is correct then why would it be their fault? ? The people to blame for bad service are the people that prepare your order. Don't always blame the front man. I've had my orders messed up before but I know it's not the cashier fault because they repeated back what I ordered and it was correct on my receipt.

New York can't be duplicated, even if you use "Brooklynized" water in everything. The menu is self explanatory, the service was quick, and overall the food was good. You could probably get bagels at Einstein's that are just as good. They have a variety of pastries, we had an Apple Cinnamon muffin which was really good and took home a Black/White cookie which also was very good. Other than that, it's just and average bagel spot.

    (3)
  • James M.

Brooklynized water gimmick? I've had the same tasting bagels at other quality bagel joints. Needless to say they are still outstanding bagels. Service was excellent and fast. The line was long but was in and out within five minutes. I recommend trying for yourself. Is it really the water?

I just came back from this restaurant which just opened yesterday in Coral Springs. What a place, the menu was impressive and the smell of the bagels was very welcoming. Everyone was very friendly and the service was very good. Every sandwich that I saw that was being delivered to the tables looked delicious. My friend and I got food to share, we had a bialy with nova spread and an egg veggie lovers omelette on an everything bagel which came with home fries ( or fruit/salad)both were very tasty. What also impressed me was the coffee station, there were 5 or 6 different kinds of coffee both hot/cold. There was even almond milk as a choice with the creamers. I am looking forward to returning and trying one of their deli type sandwiches. The prices are reasonable for the area. I wish them much success!

Incredible bagel place. Bagels are very good. Baked goods Are off the charts. Ice coffee is extra special Ice cubes are made of frozen coffee. Staff are very friendly. They are attentive and Happy to serve you. Unlike Manhattan bagel up the street. Bagels are great customer service is the pits. Go to Brooklyn Bagel-awesome place

  • B W.

I don't know what the big deal is. The bagels were good, but not really better than other places. I got egg salad - really bland; had to add salt & pepper. Cole slaw - way too vinegary. I know they're known for their coffee, hot and cold, but not everyone drinks coffee. I ordered an iced tea. Turns out it's from the soda dispenser (ie, not brewed); totally tasteless. The staff was really nice. Glad we went? Yes. Will we be back? Probably not.

  • Al V.

Food was very good and the service was more than I expected from a bagel restaurant. Staff seems well trained and polite. Been here 4 times already and everything has remained very consistent. Love the iced coffee bar and coffee cubes. Easy and quick in and out.

OK, so I just walked out of this place. Waited for awhile, got up to the register. Two woman walked away from their registers and I waited 10 minutes for bagels only, the other registers were for ordering breakfast. When I asked one of the other cashiers if anyone was coming back, he took me next since I waited so long. After ordering the bagels I asked to please pick ones that were well done and he refused because there was a line of people...OK so I waited over 15 minutes to get what I wanted and was turned down. Horrible service......what happened to giving the customer what they want....and they will slice the bagels for you at a cost which takes time....but won't pick out the bagels I want and by the way, the cashier slices the bagels taking time...

Okay, where to start.. I've visited this location at least 15-20 times for myself and also my co-workers since opening as it's close to where I work. The first week or so was a disaster; ridiculous lines, food not available even though it was on the menu and food made incorrectly every time. Now, they took all soups, salads and a few other other things off the menu which myself and multiple people don't understand. Not everyone wants a meaty sandwich all the time, give me a freaking salad! After the first week, the lines died down during certain times of day but the menu kept changing. They would take things away, add new items, wait for you to fall in love with it and then remove it which was almost enough to make me not go back but I continued. I was so excited for this place to open and wanted to love it, so I kept taking them back like a bad ex. During the next couple of weeks the wait time for food never got any better, I found a hair in my food twice, my order was pretty much always wrong, I watched a female line cook eat food with gloves on and go back to making food without changing her gloves, called ahead to place my order to get there 5-10 mins after it was supposed to be ready to find it hadn't even been started yet, ordered a double toasted bagel because regular toasted is very light, to open and see it burnt black- there's no middle ground and they made their sides 3 times smaller but charge the same price- ripoff?. They also don't understand the concept of "extra" or "light" when requested. There are a few other situations I could divulge as well but won't as the stories would be recognizable by Mgrs and Employees and since I still go ever so often, I'll refrain. I've talked to several other people that say similar things so I know it's not just me. They really need to get it together if they want to survive.

First time visitor and I will definitely be going back. I thought this place would be just another little, average bagel store - it was not. If Willy Wonka opened a bagel store this is what it would be like. I had an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. The bagel had a nice crunch on the outside and the inside was deliciously chewy. I'm originally from New York so I know what a bagels supposed to taste (and feel like). I really think they nailed it on both counts. The cream cheese was awesome - big chunks of scallions. We went on a Sunday morning so there was a bit of a line but not too bad. They probably had six cashiers working the counter so it moved pretty quickly. The iced coffee. They have it on tap! Six different flavors to choose from - and the ice cubes they put in the cups are MADE of coffee. Brilliant! I urge you to give it a try - you won't be disappointed.

  • Susan M.

Their coffee is outstanding (the coffee cubes are genius and the flavors available are yummy) and the bagels are delicious! We grab an open table and high chair if there is one available while my husband orders. Its usually crowded but the order line and service is fast. Its our weekly stop.

  • Dimeisa M.

Love this place. The food is delicious I just wish they had more registers open because the place is always packed when I come in. The line always to the door but it's worth the wait.

  • Megan K.

There Coffee is the bomb!!!!! It's so refreshing on a hot/tired south Florida day! It's the perfect pick me up for your lunch break! The best thing is you can customize it the way you like, don't forget to add the Chocolate Egg Cream syrup in your ice coffee! Make sure to get your bagel dipped in the "everything" all over for just 1 penny! The service is quick, and don't forget the fast line for bagels & coffee on the right side!

Sorry to bust everyone's bubble. First off if you are handicapped or have any problems standing in line this place might not be for you. It reminds me of waiting in line at Disney World. I did not see any special lines where a handicap person could get a ticket and sit while waiting their turn. After my 25 minute wait I ordered scrambled eggs with a extra toasted bagel and some orange juice. Once you order you can either wait in a line or get a plastic numbered card and put on table ( nobody sits you it's just find an open seat). After sitting there for 12-15 minutes my food came. The eggs where omelette style and yellow. Clearly not what I ordered. Plus the bagel was kind of burnt. (There is a difference between well done and burnt) So I sent the food back and then another 8 minutes went by. The food came out and there was egg whites ( correct) but omelette style. ( not what I ordered. remember I wanted scrambled. There is a difference and for $12 I wanted scrambled. What happened next was what really soured me on the place. I can live with wrong orders nobody is perfect. The eggs came out in 2 minutes and basically they had just chopped the eggs and it looked like the original bagel. Chopped eggs whites in big chuncks! I might add that the bagel was real chewy. I think it was the same one from 20 minutes earlier. Needless to say this was a very bad experience. I will go back there in 3 weeks since this is a new place I will give them another chance. If food is better I will go back and change my rating.

  • Lori R.

Whatever you do, do NOT go on a Sunday around 11:30. Talk about bedlam! The place was packed - it's mostly booths that fit 4 people. We had 8 people, so we had to sit outside in the unbearable heat. BUT, first we had to stand in line for a half hour to place our orders. Reminded me of McDonald's - with 5 cashiers waiting to take your order. It then took another 20 minutes for them to bring out our food. The food was fine, but certainly not exceptional. It's the only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars. NEVER AGAIN!!!

  • Corey F.

My girlfriend always stops here on her way to work, she says they have the best iced coffee and loves how the ice is iced espresso and loves there bagels and schmear. There are so many different varieties of bagels that she is able to get a different one every day that she says are the best in Coral Springs

    (5)
  • Nelson B.

This place is very busy. It is because they have a decent product however it is mostly self serv so everything is subject to the slob that was here before you. For example the catchup packets were sticky from some one spilling a beverage in the container. Floor was slippery due to people/children spilling drinks etc. and ruining the experience.

    (2)
  • Chris G.

First visit today, but I'll be back. I got bacon, egg, and cheese on everything, home fries and an iced coffee. Let's start at the bottom: the home fries. Not so good. Not fried so much as warmed, just sort of mushy and salty. Not horrible, just not great. The sandwich made up for it. The everything bagel was excellent, although not toasted. I'm sure I could have gotten it toasted; I just didn't know to ask. Everything a bagel should be though, and certainly enough to come back for. Finally, the coffee... Brilliant, as others have said. Frozen coffee ice cubes, and then a plethora of versions to choose from. Perhaps Saturday morning wasn't the best time to go, though. Very long line, although it did move quickly. In fact, other than the home fries, the only thing I could think of to complain about was poor menu placement. The menu's at the end of the line, so if you're a new customer, you can't see your options until you get to the register. However, they fixed that issue while I was there! Sent a fellow with some printed menus out to stand along side the line, hand out menus, and check out those carrying out spreads and salads. Nice work, guys!

    (4)
  • Brian R.

Really nice breakfast spot. The omelettes are great and the home fries can't be beaten. The bagels are fresh and the muffins are amazing. The only down fall is the wait. There's always a line because the food is that good. The coffee bar is awesome!

    (4)
  • Monica F.

Everything about this place was awesome... Except the wait. I came in on a Sunday morning and was in here for 40 minutes to get two bagels with cream cheese to go. The bagels were really good. The service was good also. The iced coffee was awesome, and the frozen coffee ice cubes were even better. Awesome idea. There was a large selection of bagels, muffins, and spreads. There was also a separate line for people that just wanted a bag of bulk bagels or coffee, so they don't have to wait on the long line of people ordering prepared bagels and food.

    (4)
  • Alice C.

I hope they can follow orders better next time. Regardless of how busy the place is. I know I can slice my own bagels at home but why offer the service if you're not going to read the printed order. And the manager forgot to hand me the other part of my order. Thank goodness I looked into my bag before leaving. Feeling bad to leave this review but I have to be honest. No one's perfect. This won't prevent me from returning but you guys need to double check everything next time.

  • Stephanie S.

More like 3.5 stars. It's a solid bagel joint. I like their hot and Iced coffee selection, and the coffee ice cubes are the greatest idea ever. I had a spinach asiago bagel with scallion cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onions. So good! My husband had a bagel breakfast sandwich, which he thought was OK. Also, it's apparently the coral springs pd breakfast club, so I guess you should definitely try this place unless you have a warrant.

  • Monica A.

Ok, the iced coffee, BRILLIANT! Specially, the coffee ice cubes so it doesn't water down, that was awesome*. Had a great bagel and there are great options available. Honestly, going there was hard sticking to eating healthy cause the menu kinda made me want to eat everything...lol

Saturday morning breakfast. The line moved quickly, and everyone chuckled at the "Stud Muffins" as we made our way to the counter. My go to bagel, is the Everything bagel, and OBWB nailed it, right down to the salted butter. Here's something to consider next time you order Iced Coffee, do the use coffee ice cubes? OBWB does! Plenty of java choices and finish it off with everything from skim milk to simple sugar. Next visit will include some bacon & egg on my bagel.

  • Gina R.

This place was packed!! I arrived around 11am! The line was super long but they have a short line for those only interested in buying bulk bagels which is so worth it. About $1st bagel! Hands down the best and freshest veggie cream cheese! Bagels are fresh and solf!!! They have this awesome ice coffee that has coffee ice cubes so when it melts your coffee doesn't get watered down! ! Super smart :) I do not recommend the banana coffee that is just weird but the hazelnut is awesome ! Highly recommended!

    (5)
  • Kassandra M.

Officially Addicted!! The iced coffee is amazing here!!! You can make ur ice coffee or coffee the way YOU like it. They have a coffee bar with different coffee's to try( Hannah banana is yummy). They have all kinds of milk and also different things to add to ur coffee to make it just as delicious! Iced coffee is served with coffee cubes so u don't have to worry about your coffee tasting like water after sometime! Such a great idea. Place is always packed on the weekend but the line dies down pretty quick. Breakfast sandwiches are so fresh and tasty! Most places are super cheap with the bacon on your breakfast sandwich... Not this place! Another great thing is they served breakfast all day. Love it here. Staff is always smiling and welcoming. Very clean and modern place. Happy to say I'm hooked! And I find myself craving their food and coffee all the time now..

Finally, great NY bagels in S. Florida...proving that it really is the water! This location finally opened a few months ago and I was very impressed. The bagels were definitely the best I've had in Florida, but the lines were a major negative. There were @ 75 people on line when I went on Sat. at around 11am and it seemed to move at a snails pace. Note: there are two lines, one for bulk bagels/coffee and another for the full menu. Unfortunately, if you want bulk bagels, you don't see that line until you are close to the front. I believe management could do a better job of directing traffic, which would improve the experience. Long lines aside, the bagels were really good! So what makes these bagels better than the rest? They make and cook all of their bagels in water shipped directly from Brooklyn...pure genius! In addition to great bagels, they also have a great selection of muffins (got the Stud-muffin, which was recommended by the cashier), cream cheeses, pre-sliced lox and a "Coffee Bar" (see pics). If your looking for a great NY bagel, this is the place to go! However, be prepared to wait on long lines (at least on the weekends) and pay higher than usual prices. Is it worth the wait....I'll let you decide! As for me, I'll be back!

This place is a joke!! No way this near any NY or NJ bagel. There's no bite to the bagel and is mushy on the inside. The only thing going for this place is the name. Go to an authentic Jewish deli that has bagels and you will get way better than this. Me personally I go to Boca to Bagel with A Smear. This place has the real deal up north bagel!!

I feel like I've come home - after 35 years! Best bagels - and the ice cubed coffee infusion is the best!

  • Paula M.

Okay, this is the best bagel I've ever had! I guess it really must be all in the water haha. As you may have read, they get their water shipped from Brooklyn for their bagels. This is a nice sized restaurant. I was intrigued right away because when you walk towards the ordering line, you pass their water tank and bagel making area...you can see right in and check it out for yourself. It's almost like a brewery vibe in that sense, when you can see into the brew room. The walls are a faux brick and I really like the look of the place and they even had some old TV shows like the honeymooners playing on one of the tv's. If you eat in, they give you a number card and you put that on your table and a server brings it out to you. We sat in a nice comfy booth. The bagels - PERFECTION! Perfect consistency, flavor, just awesome! I had a whole wheat everything toasted with veggie cream cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. We actually got two more to go, because they were that good. My mom was gonna freeze them but they had just made these, so I had tear into it...it was even better than the first! Steaming hot and amazing. I was looking forward to the coffee iced cubes that they put in the iced coffee, but their freezer lost power overnight and they were waiting for the cubes to freeze, so I had regular ice. No biggie, but I look forward to trying it! They have an iced coffee and regular coffee "bar". Lots of coffee options as well as cream/milk options, including almond milk, which is amazing!!! This place is the real deal...and the cookies/muffins looked amazing. We got a black and white cookie to go...it was so fresh it broke in half. Awesome awesome place! Yeah the line is a little long, but when something is good, you have to wait for it. Not a big deal...the reward is worth it. :)

After many calls and emails and promises that corporate management would contact me (which they didn't) I got a hold of the C.O.O. and he invited me back in so here is what was the return visit's experience. It was nearly the end of the day so they were not busy at all, we placed our order and was given a card to attach to the little holder on the table so the server will know where to bring your order. we waited about 15 minutes and no food showed up so went to the counter and not only our order was sitting there getting cold so was the order that belonged to another table near us. No one apologized even though we and the other party let the manager know he didn't even offer to remake our orders even though we told him our food got cold. The food this time the portion sizes have been cut in half in a week, yet the prices haven't been lowered. The side orders used to be served in what I would call a cereal bowl now the same side of macaroni and cheese is served in one of those sample cups you get when you go to Sam's club. The meat in the corn beef banini looks like its about 50 % less this time around. As we left the manager asked how was everything and I told him my experience and how the serving sizes have been cut down to less then half he said yes we down sized our portions, and in about three months they will get things right, so to my understanding it will take them three months to figure out if the customers pick up their own food or it gets served to them not forgetting the fact they give you a number so the server can bring your order to the right table. Does this really take three months of keeping your customers guessing? you would think they can figure that out in a few hours. I can't see how a business can succeed with this poor customer service from store level up to corporate.

Our friends highly recommended this place and we really enjoyed it. We are coffee lovers and fell in love with the coffee bar and coffee ice cubes!!! We both ordered a bagel egg and bacon sandwich and a cinnamon apple muffin. We made our coffee and nibbled on the delicious muffin until they brought out our sandwiches. The bagels (amazing) and bacon (amazing) were very yummy and the muffins (amazing) are so moist an like homemade. Service is great here and everyone is smiling and working hard. This place sincerely deserves all 5 stars!! Wish we lived closer so we could visit more often. Only thing we didn't like was the texture of the eggs...just seemed so out of place like overly processed when everything else is so over the top. Will order just bagel and cream cheese next time. Looking forward to our next visit!!

It's my second time here and the service still SUCKS! Twice my order was wrong. No apology. Instead I was asked if I "ordered correctly". Not worth the cost or the aggravation.

Oh this place is amazing they have the best veggie cream cheese. Their bagels are season on the top and the bottom. They have a hot and cold coffee bar. If I had to say something bad about the placeI couldn't. But be prepared to wait in line you could catch my girlfriend her roommate out there because I'm not standing in that line but I'm always home waiting patiently on the arrival of those awesome bagels and the amazing coffee.

Mmmm....Hanna Banana iced coffee!!!! Best iced coffee in town and the bagels are so fresh. I had the spinach asiago and it was so good. If you haven't tried this place, you should. They are quick, the prices are good and well.....the food is worth every penny.

It's opening weekend so I expected a line but Brooklyn Water Bagel doesn't disappoint! We waited about 15 minutes in line and another 15 minutes for our order to arrive at the table. I ordered a plain bagel with scallion cream cheese and a cubsta coffee. My husband ordered pastrami on a flagel (flat bagel) with waffle fries. It's been 4 hours and we're both still full! Service was great and food was great! By far the best bagel I've had in awhile. I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie that was the size of my head. It came out warm but I was so full I could barely eat a bite of it so I brought the rest home. My one bite was delicious though! Will definitely be back.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. I decided to stop here for lunch and I was not disappointed. There were a ton of people seated at tables when I got there and it was bigger than I expected. I figured that there might be a long wait for the food but I was wrong. You order at the counter and wait to be served at a table. I ordered the spinach Asiago bagel with veggie cream cheese. The cream cheese actually had fresh sliced veggies in it- cucumbers, carrots, red onion, and scallions. The bagel was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. The iced coffee with the coffee ice cubes topped it off. They have many options to customize your drink.

My brother fueled my manual labor, helping him move, with Brooklyn Water Bagels. The dozen he purchased were a tasty variety of flavors of soft bagels with an nice firm exterior/skin. The spreads were good too. Knowing the bagels were good I stopped at this location for breakfast. The meal was a lot! It consisted of a bacon, egg, and cheese omelet with a side of seasoned potatoes, a toasted bagel and spread of ur choice. It was delicious. The iced coffee comes with frozen coffee ice cubes and comes in a few varieties. The creamer wall/taps were cool too. U can also get the same breakfast on ur bagel if u need to eat on the move. The lines can get crazy but I have been able to avoid them by going either earlier at around 7 am or later around 9am. Good luck and enjoy.

This is turning into a roller-coaster love-hate relationship. Simply put their bagels ARE some of the BEST in the city & to the owners credit they have vastly improved with their new system using a tablet and a person wearing a blue shirt that says " bagel & coffee express ". It is ultra difficult to please everyone, I'm just glad they're moving in the right direction. Nice job!

Make sure you say clearly that you want your bagel toasted AND buttered. It is easier that way if the cashier doesn't hear you by chance. The Monte Cristo is excellent with Guldens mustard on it.
